The purpose of the given work is studying of a chemical indicator of automobile paints, creation of classification of the goods on the basis of the all-round analysis of code numbers under the commodity nomenclature of foreign trade activities of Republic Uzbekistan (CN of foreign trade activities RUz) automobile paints, development of new code numbers of the automobile paints, capable to protect economic interests of Uzbekistan in the international relations.
Examination of paint and varnish materials and coverings (VPМ and VPC) is conducted with a view of determination of a chemical compound of a paint and varnish covering, and also for detection of particles of paint and varnish materials and coverings, determination of their nature, a chemical compound, a kind and appointment of paint and varnish substances and materials, an identification of the painted objects on traces, for determination of a specific and patrimonial accessory
Paint and varnish material-product possessing capability to form on a surface a protective or decorative film at drawing by its thin layer on an item. Paint and varnish materials (VPM) carry out double function. They provide satisfaction of aesthetic requirements, carry out protective functions, or both those and others simultaneously.
Paint and varnish materials include film-forming substances, additive pigments, target additives, solvents.
Quality control has major value in the course of production and output of a ready paint and varnish material, and also at coloring of items. There is a system of designations standard in our country (VPM) in which evaluation of their property, appointment, service conditions. At a choice in shop of any paint or a varnish it is enough to decipher by mentioned below rules a designation on bank, and you will precisely know, for what this paint and varnish material is intended, where and as it can be used.
VPM issued by industry are subdivided into the basic, intermediate and others.
Principal views of VPM are varnishes, paints, enamels, base coatings, crack fillers.
Intermediate materials used mainly as semifinished products and semiproducts are drying oils, siccatives, gums, soluble gums, thinners and solvents.
Other kinds of VPM are auxiliary and intermediate materials — paint removers, pastes, mastics, hardeners, accelerators.
At enhancement of CN of foreign trade activities arise certain lacks on the classification of goods. Therefore creation of the National commodity nomenclature in the International economic relations is considered the most actual task.
We characterise below-mentioned top and base coverings of materials:
-AMT-000 SOLID TOP COAT ENAMEL-alkyd-melamine top covering, the material provides an excellent and strong surface over intermediate coverings PPP and EP-0228 and/or over previously prepared by an intermediate covering.
-AMT-000 SOLID BASE COAT an ENAMEL-polyether-melamine base covering, the material provides an excellent and strong surface over intermediate coverings PPP and EP-0228 and/or over previously prepared intermediate covering.
-AHT-000 BASE COAT MEDIUM a SOLID-polyether-melamine base covering, the material provides an excellent and strong surface over intermediate coverings PPP and EP-0228 and/or over previously prepared intermediate covering.
-FAT-000 BPR BASE COAT METALLIC-polyether- melamine base covering, the material provides an excellent and strong surface over intermediate coverings of type MPR-500 Primer.
In this work the composition and chemical properties of some automobile varnish and paint materials produced in Uz Paint Co (the joint venture Uzbekistan and South Korea) are studied. Researches have been conducted on a spectrometer (Perkin Elmer Spectrum Version 10.4.3). Researched tests have been selected in the form of thin layers. Structures of four kinds of a paint and varnish material have been studied by means of IR – the spectroscopic analysis. And also, various organic compounds of VPM by determination of strips of absorption in the IR-spectrum have been specified.
It has been determined that in test 1 there is alkyd; in test 2 n-butyl acrylate and acrylonitrile;
In the table the area of absorption of automobile paints is resulted.

Results of works allow to classify varnish and paint materials on (IR-spectra). In the conclusion it is necessary to notice that studying of classification of varnish and paint materials on a chemical compound, can clear up some matters of argument CN FTA of the Republic Uzbekistan.
And also it is possible to note that, researched paints it is classified on a code 3218109000 on CN FTA of the Republic Uzbekistan. Development of new commodity codes gives the chance to protect economic interests and safety of economy of Uzbekistan in the international relations.
